I owned every operational piece of DeMarey Landscaping: P&L management, payroll, tax prep, and vendor relations, all built to keep the business consistently profitable. I personally hired, trained, and evaluated every employee, most of them significantly older than me, and managed day-to-day scheduling, equipment, and job sites, at times running the whole operation entirely remotely.
